Event Guides

All digital event guide purchases are final sale and non-refundable due to the instant-access nature of digital products. Once purchased, guides cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Event Goods

All event goods are final sale and non-refundable once an order has been placed and processed. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds due to the custom and/or perishable nature of certain items.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review and assist accordingly.

Event Planning Services

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Requests made within 48 hours of your appointment may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.

No-Shows:

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will result in full payment being retained.
